The Parc National des Cévennes, next to the Grands Causses, is a major landscape in Lozère, just a few minutes from Sévérac d’Aveyron. Between the natural heritage of the Pyrenees, the Massif Central and the Haut Languedoc, the Parc Naturel des Grands Causses is one of France’s favorite natural areas.

Grands Causses Regional Nature Park?

Less than half an hour’s drive from the campsite, you can enjoy outdoor sports such as hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, paragliding, hang-gliding, microlighting, bungee jumping, canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddling, rafting, fishing, canyoning, climbing, caving and via ferrata.
The park is dotted with dolmens, statue-menhirs, sheepfolds, mas (traditional houses), stone arches and charming, well-preserved villages that live peacefully to the rhythm of the rivers that water them. This protected area will also surprise you with the beauty and contrast of its different landscapes, flora and fauna.
